Celebrate Giving Tuesday with the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation

Imagine a world where everyone came together to support a charity in their community on one very special day. Well, that is what Giving Tuesday is all about. After shopping on Black Friday, and surfing the web on Cyber Monday, Giving Tuesday is a chance for us to come together to kick off the giving spirit of the holidays.

When you give to a charity in your community, especially at this time of the year, it is important to know the impact that you will have. Here at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital Foundation, we ensure that 100% of your gift will stay at home, here in Cape Breton. Your dollars will be in action to support your neighbors, friends and family during their sickest days.

The Cape Breton Regional Hospital has 150,000 patient visits each year, the Cape Breton Cancer Centre has 30,000 patients visits each year, and more than 1,800 children are treated in the Pediatrics Unit every single year. Some of these patients will be in the hospital for the holidays.
